Low levels of testosterone, a natural hormone produced in the body, can lead to hair loss, weight gain, a decrease in sex drive (libido), and many other unwanted side effects. Testosterone can be restored with prescribed treatments, starting with a simple physical exam. We use the most advanced medical technologies along with 30+ years of experience in men’s health to bring testosterone levels to their peak.
Testosterone plays a key role in a man’s libido (sex drive). This is only the interest in and desire for sex, not performance. A dramatic drop in libido may be a sign of low T levels, no matter the age of the individual.
* These symptoms are not specific to low testosterone; please see our doctors for accurate medical diagnosis.
Low sex drive
Testosterone plays a key role in a man’s libido (sex drive). This is only the interest in and desire for sex, not performance. A dramatic drop in libido may be a sign of low T levels, no matter the age of the individual.
Erectile Dysfunction
Testosterone injections aid in achieving and maintaining healthy erections. Some medications can interfere with erections as can certain medical conditions. A medical exam is crucial to determine the exact cause.
Loss of muscle mass
Because testosterone plays a role in muscle building, a decrease in muscle mass, despite regular physical activities, can be attributed to low T.
Increased body fat
Men with low T may experience increases in body fat particularly, enlarged breast tissue due to the imbalance of estrogen (female hormone) and testosterone.
Fatigue
Men with low T have reported consistently waking up tired despite a regular sleep schedule and continuing to feel tired throughout the day. Constant fatigue can interfere with job performance and relationships.
Mood changes
Research suggests that men with low T are more likely to experience irritability, a lack of focus, and depression due to testosterone’s role in bodily functions. Too often, antidepressant treatments are prescribed without consideration for testosterone levels.
Hair loss
Balding can be a natural part of aging. However, men with low T levels reported more rapid hair loss at younger ages.
Low blood counts
Doctors have linked low testosterone with an increased risk of anemia. Some of the symptoms anemia can cause include problems concentrating, dizziness, leg cramping, problems sleeping, and an abnormally rapid heart rate.
Decreased bone mass
Testosterone helps produce and strengthen bone tissues. Men with low T levels have lower bone volume and are more susceptible to bone fractures. The medical term for bone thinning is Osteoporosis.

Disclaimer: These are a few of the many possible causes
of low testosterone levels.
Damage to the sex organs
This includes physical damage as well as unseen damages caused by medications or infection.
Damage to the pituitary or hypothalamus
Damages to these two regions of the brain can affect the hormones that control your testosterone production.
Obesity
Fat speeds up the metabolic rate of testosterone so the more body fat you carry, the faster you burn through your testosterone reserve.
Sleep Apnea
A sleeping disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts. Normal testosterone production requires restful, undisturbed sleep.
Alcohol
Excessive consumption of alcohol can damage certain cells and release endorphins which interfere in the production and synthesis of testosterone.
Use our questionnaire to answer simple questions about your health. This is an easy way to determine if you need your testosterone level checked. A positive result does not necessarily mean you have low testosterone levels or require treatment but can be a helpful guide in discussion with our doctors.
Implant therapy
Implanting pellets in the soft tissue/fat of the lower back or buttocks. The pellets release a steady stream of testosterone that lasts for 5-6 months. Very convenient for frequent overseas travelers or someone with a busy schedule.
Testosterone Injections
Injecting testosterone into the body using a syringe just once or twice a week. This is the most common and effective treatment and allows for the readjustment of dosage. It is possible to self-inject at home with a doctor’s approval.
Topical therapy
A solution for skin application – dries within a few minutes. Testosterone releases into the bloodstream over a 24-hour period. Will need to be removed and reapplied to avoid medicine coming in contact with others.
Medication
Pills that increases testosterone production in men and also improves fertility.
Take notes 02
Before visiting your selected Low T doctor, note the symptoms you are experiencing and include any related concerns. You should also inform your doctor of any major stresses or recent life changes.
Medical exam 03
One of our doctors will ask about your symptoms and take a full medical history. A physical examination will follow to look for any physical features of low T. A certified phlebotomist will perform the necessary blood draw to determine levels of testosterone, free testosterone, estrogen, thyroid, adrenals, progesterone, PSA, SHBG, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and vitamin deficiency.
Consult and prescription 04
Your doctor will decide what treatment is correct for you based on your goals, labs, and exam. The doctor will be able to prescribe hormone medications as well as offer insight into your vitamin levels and overall nutrition.

“If you listen to the patient, they will tell you what is wrong”. This is a very old saying from the earliest days of medicine. As a result, they lack the right questions to ask and the tests to perform. At Innovative Men’s Health, we take matters of male’s sexual and physical health at the utmost importance.

Are there any side effects of testosterone injections?
Any medical treatment can have side effects. Regular monitoring is essential while testosterone treatment is taking place. However, many years of experience with testosterone preparations have shown that the treatment is generally well-tolerated and effective.
The following possible side effects do not occur in every patient. It should also be taken into account that the different preparations and application forms (injection, implants, gel, pills) can vary in their effectiveness and side effects.
Occasional mild acne - Testosterone stimulates oil supply, called sebum, to the skin which can result in acne. This is almost always a passing phase at the beginning of treatment and usually normalizes by itself.
Painful erections - Only in rare cases. The dosage will be reduced or discontinued to avoid permanent damage.
High red blood cell counts - If there is an increase in the production of red blood cells, circulation may be affected due to high blood viscosity. Treatment will be discontinued until blood cell production normalizes.
Fatty tissue - High doses of testosterone or doses over long periods can increase the tendency to retain water in the tissues (edema) and can affect the breakdown of fat by the body.
Your doctor will regularly monitor the progress of your treatment and check for any side effects. If you experience any discomfort or inconveniences during treatment, please report it to your doctor as soon as possible.

What is the difference between Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and performance-enhancing steroids (anabolic)?
Testosterone replacement therapy is aimed to normalize low levels of testosterone and reduce symptoms of low T. Medical treatment of testosterone deficiency does not lead to anabolic overdosing or dependence.
The difference is that doses used in testosterone replacement only achieve physiologic (natural) levels of the hormone in the blood. Testosterone forms some athletes have used illegally are in much higher doses and often combined ("stacked") with many other substances that boost the overall muscle-building (anabolic) effect.
Non-medical use of anabolic steroids can lead to serious side-effects and severe health problems.
