My 30 in 30 Experience
“First of all for those of you who want to see before and after pictures I got em. They’re actually posted on the walls of Innovative Men’s Clinic. I didn’t feel quite ready to post on line.
I had discussed the diet extensively with Dr Wheeler for over a month before I started. It was very simple in scope but I wasn’t sure if the timing was right.

I’m Finally Losing Weight!
“I finished round one. My mother and I start round 2 the day before thanksgiving. We have waited the whole 6 weeks before starting round 2 since we did the 43 days on round one. I lost 27 pounds on round one.I have maintained the weight for the 6 weeks, I did one steak day a few days after finishing the first round when I was shocked to see I had gained 3 pounds. After one day on steak I immediately lost 3 pounds.
I weigh myself everyday first thing in the morning. I have stayed off starches and sugar but i eat as much protein as I want. I continue with the cabbage and I have added cauliflower.
I feel well satisfied everyday. I also do the chocolate pudding with low fat cottage cheese and avocado. I have some nonfat milk in my coffee and stevia sweetened zero calorie pop in my water.
